PhoNatic, the Austin, Texas-based fast casual Vietnamese chain, is slated to add catering to the business’ services on September 1. PhoNatic’s new catering menu will feature individually portioned vermicelli, rice and salad bowls, pho, and appetizer trays for groups of 10 or more. The restaurant’s catering menu will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

In addition to the new catering menu, the company is also partnering with Austin-based DNA Events to serve PhoNatic at any occasion that requires full catering services, including servers, equipment, furniture rentals, and more. DNA Events designs packages to provide full service catering, minus the food. With the launch of this new partnership DNA Events can provide weddings, parties and private events with turnkey catering packages featuring PhoNatic’s full menu.

PhoNatic’s catering launch comes shortly before the company’s five-year anniversary on October 10. The addition of this new service to PhoNatic’s business model is part of the company’s long-term goal to give pho and Vietnamese cuisine a voice in the fast-casual industry. PhoNatic currently has five restaurants in the greater Austin area and offers food delivery through UberEATS and Amazon Restaurants.
