Piada Italian Street Food, as the company strengthens its focus on people strategy and business intelligence, announced two key promotions in its leadership team.
Jenifer Marchio and Caleb Cochrun recently stepped into new roles, enhancing Piada’s strategic direction and operational capabilities in the fast-casual space.
Jenifer Marchio was promoted to VP of People Services, and now oversees HR compliance and employee relations, and partners closely with both Home Office and Field Operations teams to optimize talent management and align Piada’s people strategy with company growth.
Caleb Cochrun was promoted to Director of Business Intelligence, where he leverages his experience to drive Piada’s data-driven growth, leading innovations in business process optimization and creating actionable insights.
Jenifer graduated from Capital University with Bachelor of Arts in Business with a HR Concentration. She joined Piada in 2022 as the Director of People Services after 13 years at PetPeople where she served as Director of Human Resources. She was promoted to VP of People Services in the Summer of 2024 and her responsibilities now include supporting the businesses’ employee relations and compliance related to HR policies and services, partnering with Home Office leadership and Field Operations team to assess and manage talent and supporting the overall decision making for people strategy.
Caleb joined Piada as a Senior Financial Analyst in February 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles in the restaurant industry. Promoted to Director of Business Intelligence in the Summer of 2024, Caleb now leads the company’s data-driven strategy development, optimizing business processes and providing actionable insights to drive growth. Prior to joining Piada, he was a Senior Accountant at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group in Napa Valley handling the Fine Dining arm of The French Laundry, Per Se, and Surf Club. Caleb began his career at Morton’s Steakhouse in Hackensack, NJ, where he gained a strong background in Operations through various roles, including Food and Beverage Controller and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.
