Piada Italian Street Food is celebrating 10 years of restaurant service and genuine hospitality with a month full of promotions and giveaways for guests and a new limited-time menu item.

Over the past decade, the chef-driven, fast-casual concept has grown to 38 restaurants across six states, continuously evolving and enhancing its menu with fresh, creative options for all types of diners and diets. Through this innovative mindset, Piada has been able to quickly adapt to the new service conditions brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, pivoting to accommodate additional health and safety requirements while continuing to provide hand-crafted, high-quality meals to Guests through take-out, curbside pick-up, drive-thru and delivery.

“Like many others in the restaurant industry, the COVID-19 pandemic presented us with an entirely new set of challenges that tested our core values,” says Matt Harding, Piada’s Chief Innovation Officer. “While we would have never predicted we would be celebrating our tenth anniversary in this environment, it has allowed us to embrace our innovative culture and provided us the ability to test and implement new ideas. Now more than ever, we are grateful for our valued Guests and are glad to be able to serve them during this unfamiliar time.”

To celebrate its 10-year milestone, Piada has launched a new Stuffed Pasta, a four-cheese pasta upgrade containing mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta and mascarpone. The dish is now available at all locations for a limited time.

To say “thank you” to its valued Guests for their support over the past decade, and to celebrate with them, Piada is offering various promotions throughout September:

A $5 reward will be sent to all Piada One rewards members to use on their next order

Free Stuffed Pastas are being given to 1,000 lucky Guests who sign up online

One valued Guest will win free Piada for 10 years

From September 14-20, delivery will be free for all orders placed online or through the Piada One app

“As we look towards the future of Piada, the next decade will be focused on growth,” says Harding. “We are constantly thinking of out-of-the-box ways to provide thoughtfully-crafted, convenient food to customers, while never losing sight of our guest-focused experience. We are excited for what’s in store for Piada as we look to make significant advances in how we connect with and deliver food to our Guests.”

Following its 10th anniversary, Piada plans to launch new technology to enhance its guest experience. The fast-casual concept expects to announce its new plans in fall 2020.
