Piada Italian Street Food, the fast casual Italian street food restaurant best known for its innovative menu of piadas, pastas and salads, is announcing the launch of its new Spring + Summer Menu. The new menu will be available at all participating Piada locations nationwide May 1.
Piada’s culinary team continues to break new ground, redefining what it means to be fast casual Italian by elevating Piada’s menu with forward-thinking entrees. This new Spring + Summer menu will feature bold, bright flavors of the season, such as sweet corn, marinated zucchini, lemon, basil and more.
In addition to Piada’s core menu offerings, the Spring + Summer menu brings back guest favorites like the Farmers Market Salad, the Summer Avocado Piada and the freshly-squeezed Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade. With the continued goal of allowing Guests even more variety while enjoying Piada, the culinary team has created a vegetarian and vegan-friendly Summer Power Bowl that is chock-full of bold flavors and seasonal vegetables and is topped with Piada’s special harissa and Greek yogurt drizzle.
