Campbell Soup Company’s North America Foodservice division announced the launch of three Pace specialty salsas in foodservice. The 100 percent natural salsas provide chefs with new ways to add depth to menu items.
The new varieties, now available in 64-ounce, 100 percent recyclable plastic containers, include: Tequila Lime Salsa, featuring real tequila from blue agave; Pico de Gallo, made with fresh jalapeños and onions; and Salsa Verde, featuring hand-picked jalapeños and tomatillos.
