Pick Up Stix Feeds TV Land Awards

Who are you cooking dinner for tonight?

Pick Up Stix had the opportunity to feed celebrities during the taping of the 2nd Annual TV Land Awards: A Celebration of Classic TV at the Palladium in Hollywood, California. Hosted by comedian/actor Brad Garrett, the TV Land Awards recognized shows and stars from television’s rich history that have truly withstood the test of time.

Celebrities including Jane Seymour, Danny DeVito, Billy Bob Thorton, Sherman Hemsley, Isabel Sanford, Arsenio Hall, George Lopez and Ryan and Trista Sutter fed on Pick Up Stix’s house special cicken, California rolls, cream cheese wontons, Asian lettuce wraps, orange peel tofu, and vegetable sautee. All entrees were prepared on site by “traveling wok chefs” using a “unique portable wok system.”

Currently, there are 93 Pick Up Stix Restaurants located in Northern and Southern California, Nevada, Arizona and Illinois; with plans to open an additional 20 units in 2004.
