On Friday, May 1, Pie Five opens its 45th location in Lewisville in north Texas. Starting at 11 a.m. pizza lovers in Castle Hills will be able to savor their own personal pizza creations, created, and cooked with the freshest ingredients in under five minutes.

“We’re always excited to grow our home market. Castle Hills will be our 14th location in DFW,” says Chris Smith, senior vice president of operations for Pie Five. “Our concept has something for everyone and will be a new favorite of on-the-go families—everyone can personalize their pizza just the way they like it.”

To celebrate the new Pie Five location in Castle Hills, 20 percent of dinner sales will be donated to the East Zone of Lewisville Independent School District from May 4 to May 7. On Friday, May 8, the restaurant will offer one free pizza per person from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will present a check to Lewisville ISD. Also, KISS FM will be on-site for the party.

The unique Pie Five model allows patrons to top their pizzas any way they want for the low price of $6.99, cooked in 145 seconds in a custom-designed, state-of-the-art oven. There are millions of possible pizza combinations Pie Five customers can create with four crusts (including artisan thin, classic pan, whole-wheat grain Neapolitan, and gluten free), seven sauces, and 28 fresh toppings. Additionally, they can add one of Pie Five’s freshly tossed hand-made salads served in a baked pizza dough bowl or a decadent home-baked brownie or cookie pie.

The Castle Hills restaurant will mark Pie Five’s 45th location in 14 states and Washington DC (Alabama, Chicago, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, Utah, and Virginia), with more than 400 announced company-owned and franchise units in development.
