Pie Five Pizza is now offering new iced tea flavors including Classic Black Tea (Sweetened and Unsweetened,) and “Perfectly Peach Ginger Tea,” a blend of white green and oolong teas infused with peach bits and ginger roots.
Pie Five recently entered into a partnership with La Crème Coffee & Tea, a Dallas-based specialty coffee roaster and tea purveyor.
“We’ve been practicing the fine art of blending our specialty teas for more than three decades,” says Samantha Hamilton, director and general manager at La Crème Coffee & Tea. “I know Pie Five guests will find our distinctive teas to be a refreshing complement to their favorite made-to-order pizzas.”
La Crème teas are derived from actual pieces of fruit and herbs, instead of artificial flavors sprayed onto tea leaves during production.
“Our guests have always appreciated our wide selection of sodas, juices, beer, and wine, and now they’ll have another premium option thanks to the La Crème teas,” says Randy Gier, CEO of Pie Five. “We think La Crème is a perfect match for Pie Five because their teas are handcrafted, use all natural ingredients, and are made fresh daily in the restaurant – just like our pizzas.”
Pie Five currently has 20 locations in six states (Florida, Kansas, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Virginia) with more than 170 announced franchise units under contract in 12 states and Washington, DC.
