Pie Five Pizza Co. is celebrating the grand opening of its newest location at 6370 Camp Bowie Blvd. in Fort Worth, Texas.

Pie Five has opened four locations across Dallas-Fort Worth in six months, offering customers the option of any sauce and topping combination or one of 11 specialty pies on the menu. Each pizza is assembled in front of the customer on a 9-inch Crispy Thin or Classic Pan crust, baked and ready to eat in fewer than five minutes.

More than five million possible combinations of made-to-order individual pizzas, minus the wait, have resulted in a surge of business for the new and unique fast-casual experience.

“At Pie Five, the customer gets to decide,” says Charlie Morrison, president and CEO of Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc. “There are no limitations. It’s fresh, it’s fast, and it’s tailored to the individual.”

Doors opened Dec. 12 at 11 a.m. at the new Fort Worth location. It marks the second Pie Five for Fort Worth, with additional locations in Irving and Dallas.

The next Pie Five restaurant is set to open in January at Beltline and the Tollway in Addison. Four more Dallas-Fort Worth locations are planned for the first half of 2012.
