The Pie Hole, Los Angeles’ most welcoming and creative pie and coffee shop since 2011, announces the roll-out of its newly expanded breakfast menu offerings for all Southern California locations beginning Tuesday, April 13. The expanded menu introduces all-new hand pies – also called emPienadas, vegan options and breakfast items, that takes the best of The Pie Hole’s current offerings and creatively delivers them to fans for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Known over the last 10 years for their coffee and signature sweet and savory pies, the new breakfast menu includes hand pies like Sweet Cherry, Peaches & Cream Cheese, Chorizo & Egg and the signature ‘Hand Slam’ – ham, egg & cheddar.  Additional breakfast options include Zucchini Bread with Lemon Glaze, Chia Overnight Oats and Vegan Granola with Fresh Berries.  Lunch and Dinner options include Spinach Feta Quiche, and savory pies like Chicken & Cornbread Pot Pie or the Vegan Veggie Curry.

By adding new techniques and ingredients to its R&D process, The Pie Hole plans to meet the demands of consumers by replacing its signature Blueberry Crumble Pie with an all-new Vegan Blueberry Pecan Crumble Pie priced $8.25.  On Friday, April 28th customers can celebrate the change and National Blueberry Pie Day for $5 slices of the vegan blueberry pecan crumble pie while supplies last.

We tested our new vegan and breakfast items on taste and quality, and our customers gave us great feedback. The results are a Pie Hole experience that now offers new variations of pie perfect for any time of day and dietary preferences.”

The Pie Hole offers made from scratch classic pies with recipes that have been passed down for over five generations.  Home of the famous Earl Grey Tea pie and pie kit, pie enthusiasts will find traditional sweet and savory pies like “Mom’s Apple Crumble” along with other baked artisanal items.  In 2020 The Pie Hole introduced the wildly popular Pie Pints, a pint jar filled with pie crust and fillings topped with ice cream – available in blueberry crumble, caramel apple, earl grey and Mexican chocolate flavors. Customers nationwide can order their favorite menu items and National Blueberry Pie Day special online through The Pie Hole’s website or for delivery via Goldbelly throughout the continental United States.
