Pieology Pizzeria announced the opening of its second Colorado location in the city of Centennial. Pieology Centennial offers guests the opportunity to enjoy personalized pizzas and made-to-order custom salads, choosing from more than 40 fresh ingredients.

“We’re thrilled to continue our investment with Pieology with the opening our newest location in the beautiful, high-energy city of Centennial,” says Dan Abfalter, franchisee. “Pieology has made huge strides to cement its position as the leader in the popular fast casual pizza segment; there’s no question how fun it is to create your perfect pizza and salad, but our fans say that it’s Pieology’s signature crust and house-made sauce selections that keep them coming back for more.”

The Pieology experience starts with fresh house-made dough that is pressed into 11.5-inch thin pizza crusts, which is typically larger than others in the custom pizza space. Guests select from eight signature sauces, moving down the line to choose from more than 40 fresh and flavorful meats, cheeses, vegetables, herbs, and spices. The customized pizzas are then stone oven fired in less than three minutes. To finish, guests have the option to add after-bake “Flavor Blast” sauces, including fiery buffalo, pesto, and barbecue. Pieology also offers gluten-free crust, whole-wheat crust, and a selection of seven signature pizzas, which can be customized upon request.

Pieology’s custom salads allow guests to create made-to-order salads by choosing from three fresh lettuce options of organic field greens, romaine hearts or spinach.  Guests then select from any of Pieology’s large variety of toppings, including sunflower seeds, garbanzo beans and candied walnuts, along with a choice of five dressings made in-house. Pieology also offers a signature Classic and Caesar salad, which can be personalized with additional ingredients upon request.

Pieology Centennial features an industrial-chic and friendly environment where inspirational quotes decorate the walls, menus, and employee uniforms. The restaurant is open Sundays through Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Dillas Quesadillas Leases 2,500 square-feet in Frisco
Popular quesadilla-only restaurant to open second location in 2017
DALLAS, TX – Dillas Quesadillas, a popular fast-casual restaurant specializing in gourmet quesadillas, has leased 2,500 square-feet of retail space in the Preston Stonebriar Shopping Center in Frisco. Sean Alkek with EDGE Realty Partners handled negotiations on behalf of Dillas Quesadillas. The new location is being developed by Hermansen Land Development, Inc. with MSC Design serving as architect.
Dillas Quesadillas opened its first location in 2013 at 2008 Midway Road in Plano. The Frisco location is set to open in the first quarter of 2017 and will include more seating, an outdoor patio, and a menu featuring quality, handmade, fresh PRIMO quesadillas with made-from-scratch sauces and sides. The menu is an American take on the Mexican favorite. Twists on the quesadilla include Texas-style smoked brisket, bacon cheeseburger with fries, and a veggie Dilla with zucchini and portobello mushrooms.
“When we started looking for a second location, Frisco was our first choice. We learned so much at our Plano location that lends itself perfectly to Frisco families and the Frisco community,” said Kyle Gordon, founder and owner of Dillas Quesadillas. “We are very excited about joining the Frisco community and look forward to getting involved with area businesses, schools and charities.”
Dillas, pronounced “dill-uhs”, is named after a line in the pop culture hit film “Napoleon Dynamite” and is owned by Kyle Gordon, former managing partner at Raising Canes, one of the nation’s fastest growing concepts, and wife Maggie Gordon, granddaughter of Jerry Owens whose family founded Owens Country Sausage.

Dillas Quesadillas is a fast-casual restaurant offering a variety of made-to-order gourmet quesadillas. Whether guests choose to dine in, drive-thru, call-in, or cater, Dillas provides PRIMO quesadillas and a quality guest experience with quick and friendly service. Dillas is open daily 10:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m. and late until 11:00 p.m. Friday-Saturday. For more information, please visit or call (972) 473-4601.
