As the Miami Marlins open their 2019 season, PINCHO, the award-winning burgers, skewers and bowls concept inspired by Latin street food culture, will now be serving its award winning food at Marlins Park in section 19.

Marlins Park fans can expect many of the PINCHO classics beloved in South Florida, including the original Pincho Burger, Fritanga Burger, Chx Pincho, Stk Pincho, Tots, and more. This also marks the first location to officially serve PINCHO’s latest creation, the Pipo’s Choice Burger. The new burger was recently awarded the People’s Choice Award at the 2019 SOBEWFF Burger Bash. The “Pipo’s Choice Burger” comes with PINCHO’s all natural beef patty topped with smoked gruyere cheese, fried sweet plantain bits, Applewood smoked bacon, grilled onions, and house-made guava ketchup between two buttery toasted brioche buns.

“It’s going to be an exciting season on the field and in the stands at Marlins Park this year,” says Otto Othman, Co-founder and CMO of PINCHO. “We’re honored to be part of the culinary renaissance at Marlins Park, and we look forward to serving our one-of-a-kind Latin-inspired menu to our fans who know us and those who will discover us at Marlins games this year.”

PINCHO is known for its fresh, authentic Latin flavors together in a creative, gotta-try-everything menu, with a meal for every moment—from lean to indulgent, quick bites to family dinners. From conception, PINCHO has been well-known for its delicious assortment of burgers and skewers “pinchos”, along with its crave-worthy bowls. Dedicated to serving the highest quality fresh food, PINCHO is a movement built on flavor, culture and passion.
