With the coming election in November, PINCHO, the beloved South Florida born and bred fast casual concept, is encouraging all employees to exercise their right to vote regardless of their political bent.

“Every election is important and participating in elections is our duty as citizens. Taking into consideration COVID and anxiety over mail-in voting, we wanted to give our team every opportunity and incentive to vote during work hours and not worry about any potential financial cost to them,” says PINCHO CEO and co-founder Otto Othman.

In an effort to minimize the stress and encourage their team, PINCHO is offering employees at all eight locations in South Florida, two hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) to vote in the early election (a week before the general election) in hopes that the team will use their voice this election year.
