Bringing the fun, lively Miami culture and cuisine to Texas, PINCHO Burgers and Kebabs is opening its third Houston-area location on Friday, Jan. 19.

Known for its innovative Latin and Mediterranean-inspired South Florida fare, the acclaimed Miami-born restaurant will give a free Pincho Burger – topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, potato sticks and secret PINCHO sauce – to the first 100 people in line on Opening Day. After the first 100 guests, the Pincho Burger will be just $5 all day long.

Southeast Texas’ newest PINCHO will begin serving its signature menu one mile east of I-45 Highway 242 at 9662 Hwy 242, Suite 110, next to H-E-B and the Harper’s Preserve community. The grand opening will kick off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:45 a.m. – and based on the big turnouts for the PINCHO Cypress and Memorial openings, plenty of excited diners will be on hand to celebrate.

To support the Conroe community, PINCHO will donate 100% of Opening Day profits to Family Promise of Montgomery County – which partners with local congregations to provide shelter, meals, transportation and compassionate assistance for homeless families with children.

“Our team is excited to open in Conroe and share our cuisine with more people in the area,” says co-founder Otto Othman. “At our Cypress and Memorial restaurants, we’ve seen many Houston-area diners fall in love with the passion and flavor that PINCHO brings with our Latin-inspired takes on American classics. We’re ready for them to fall in love with our creative, delicious burgers, kebabs and more!”

PINCHO’s Conroe restaurant will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Famous for its mouthwatering burgers, kebabs (aka pinchos), fried cheese and bowls, PINCHO quickly went from an insiders’ secret obsession to a popular local hot spot. It won the hearts and tastebuds of families, foodies and industry pros – and has won accolades every year of its 14-year history. It was honored as the first Miami brand to ever win Burger Bash at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, competing against brands all over the country. It’s also a five-time winner of Burgerliscious and earned a top spot in Yelp’s Best Burger Spot in America list.
