Pinkberry has partnered with the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) this fall to bring awareness and raise funds for its charitable initiative, Fashion Targets Breast Cancer (FTBC). To support, Pinkberry will make a donation for every purchase of its new Apple Pie a la Mode, Pinkberry’s classic twist on warm apple pie layering real baked apples, cinnamon crumble, original frozen yogurt, and a drizzle of caramel.

Additionally, Pinkberry customers can further support the cause by making a donation in store. Customers who make a donation will have the opportunity to personalize a message, identifying who they have honored with their donation and display on a giving tree in store.

“Pinkberry is proud to donate and provide our customers the opportunity to contribute to the breast cancer cause where Fashion Targets Breast Cancer will direct every dollar directly to patient care”, says Laura Jakobsen senior vice presiden of marketing and design.

“It is the 20th Anniversary of Fashion Targets Breast Cancer and the longstanding success of the initiative is derived from partners, like Pinkberry” says Steven Kolb, chief executive officer of the CFDA.

Inspired by CFDA member Ralph Lauren in 1994 as the American Fashion Industry’s response to breast cancer, Fashion Targets Breast Cancer is one of the CFDA’s longest standing charitable initiatives. To date, the initiative has raised $54 million for breast cancer worldwide, with every dollar going back to patient care.
