&pizza is reintroducing the Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza and Cherry Bomb Craft Soda for a limited time beginning on July 4.
The Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza is the celebration of an American staple. With a choice of crusts, traditional, Ancient Grains, or gluten-free, the pizza features an all-beef burger patty, Ricotta cheese, Thousand Island dressing, a shredded cheese blend, and bacon. After baking, it is topped with romaine, tomatoes, dill pickles, sharp Cheddar, potato sticks, sesame seeds, secret sauce, and pickled red onion created in collaboration with Gordy’s Pickle Jar, exclusively for &pizza.
“We first rolled out the Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza in 2013, and it’s become a crowd favorite that our guests look forward to every summer,” says Michael Lastoria, &pizza founder. “This year, we took our spin on this American classic a step further with the help of our new culinary director Jordan Schlotterbeck, who experimented with this concept to create an elevated version of the pie.”
The Cherry Bomb, a bing cherry and red currant craft soda, pairs perfectly with the Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza.
