Pizza Factory opened ten new restaurants in markets, including Arizona, California and Washington, alongside dedicated community leaders who are passionate fans of the brand. In addition, the brand set the stage for another year of growth in 2024 with 6 signed agreements further expanding in California, Idaho, Texas and Washington,
In addition, Pizza Factory bolstered its executive team with new members, including Jenny Olivera, Matt Adams and Jackie Smith, who joined the Pizza Factory brand as Director of Brand Culture, Regional Vice President and Vice President of Marketing, respectively. The talented executives play a pivotal role in furthering the brand’s commitment to continued innovation, growth and franchisee success.
On the culinary side, Pizza Factory launched a brand-new BBQ Brisket Pizza and Sandwich LTO, which was available during the summer months. The menu item was well-received by both customers and franchisees alike, who reported impressive sales numbers amid the launch. In addition, the brand partnered with GiftAMeal to donate meals to food pantries near each Pizza Factory location, further cementing the brand within the communities it serves. The partnership allowed Pizza Factory to continue its mission of giving back, which has been a key aspect of its values for years.
The brand received well-deserved acclaim throughout the year, securing coveted spots on multiple Entrepreneur rankings, including on the Top Veterans Franchise list and the esteemed Franchise 500, as well as Franchise Times’ Top 400 list for the fifth consecutive year. As Pizza Factory continues to develop into new markets, the brand is providing multi-unit operators flexible new-build or conversion options with delivery / curbside and traditional dine-in prototypes ranging from 1,200 – 4,000 sq. ft. The largest option typically features multiple dining sections, an arcade area for the kids, banquet rooms for parties and social gatherings and big-screen TVs throughout the restaurant.
