Pizza Hut is joining the YouTube craze and asking its biggest fans to post videos on the popular Web site proclaiming their love for the company and its pizza.

In a hunt to name an Honorary Vice President of Pizza, Pizza Hut created a competition where customers post videos in hopes of winning the title and $25,000 in addition to other prizes.

So far, eight videos have been posted and 68 people have joined the “Are you the VP of Pizza?” group on the site. Collectively the videos, each ranging from one to two minutes, have been viewed more than 11,000 times.

All submissions are due by March 18 after which the finalists’ videos will be moved to Pizza Hut’s Web site for voting. The voting phase will last from April 9 to 22.
