In a press release this morning, Pizza Inn Inc. revealed that its chief executive officer C. Jeffrey Rogers has resigned and will be replaced by the company’s president, Ronald Parker.

No reason for the change was given, but the company did post a loss of $498,000, or 5 cents a share, in the fourth quarter, ended June 30, due to a $1.9 million loan given to Rogers, which he will not be expected to repay.
