PizzaFire, founded by two world champion pizza chefs, announced the opening of its newest location at 4101 East Royalton Road in Broadview Heights. Bring your friends and family to PizzaFire on Friday, June 16 for a chance to win free pizza for a year, along with a ton of other great prizes. As a kickoff to our grand opening, the Broadview Heights Chamber of Commerce will conduct a ceremonial ribbon cutting on Friday, June 16 between 11 a.m. and noon.

Parallel to the passion PizzaFire puts into making pizzas, is the enthusiasm and dedication to philanthropy and the local community. PizzaFire is honored to announce that a portion of sales during our grand opening week will be donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, specifically toward helping children with muscular dystrophy and other related muscle-debilitating diseases. The proceeds will go toward the support of the MDA’s Summer Camp, where they’re free to enjoy adventures like horseback riding, swimming and fishing, develop lifelong friendships, and build self-confidence and independence.

The PizzaFire franchise, founded by Sean Brauser and Bruno DiFabio, two of the most talented and recognized pizza chefs in the world, is leading the revolution to redefine how pizza should be made. Pizza in 180 seconds to be exact.

PizzaFire serves handcrafted Neapolitan pizzas built right in front of you with your choice of premium cheeses, hand cut fresh veggies, organic produce grown hydroponically in-restaurant, artisan GMO-free meats, sauces made from scratch, just like their Authentic Neapolitan Pizza Sauce made with hand crushed tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and fresh basil.  “We only use pear tomatoes from Northern California that are picked and fresh packed within 2 hours, so they are naturally sweet, then we painstakingly hand crush each one so that the natural flavor of the tomato explodes,” says founder and CEO Sean Brauser. “This is the next evolution of pizza. My passion is pizza, and I’m excited to share this passion by continuing the PIZZAFIRE growth in the Midwest region.”

Brauser also says “it's all about Fast and Fresh at PizzaFire. Search all you want, you won't find a fryer, freezer or microwave. What you will find are 40 different fresh toppings, 6 different sauces, 5five different cheeses, and flavor combinations you won't find anywhere else. Watch as your PizzaFire chef crafts your pizza, just the way you want it, then slides it into our custom PizzaFire oven at 800-degrees. In just 180 seconds, you’ll be enjoying the healthiest and best-tasting pizza you’ve ever had.”
