PizzaRev Introduces LTO Sriracha Sausage Pizza

The sriracha craze is heating up with the introduction of Sriracha Sausage pizza at PizzaRev, a fast-casual pizza concept. The build-your-own pizza shop will feature the Sriracha Sausage pizza throughout March and April at its 25 open location sacross California, Texas, Utah, South Dakota, and Minnesota.

The new Sriracha Sausage seasonal pizza features PizzaRev’s signature organic red sauce, all natural-Italian cheese, sriracha sausage, and freshly chopped red onion and cilantro. After the pizza is cooked to crispy perfection in a 900-degree, stone-bed oven, it’s finished off with a tangy srirancha drizzle.

“Many of our customers love sriracha, one of our 14 featured sauces and spices at our Rev It Up station,” says Nicholas Eckerman, COO and co-founder of PizzaRev. “We’re committed to constant innovation in our ingredients and topping flavors, and a sriracha-inspired pizza was a no-brainer.”

PizzaRev offers a completely customizable dining experience, empowering guests to craft their own perfect 11-inch pizza.

The process starts with the crust, either original or gluten-free. Guests then choose from four signature sauces, including a savory organic red sauce, a creamy white alfredo, and a spicy-sweet barbecue, and then top it off by choosing from a wide array of all-natural cheeses, meat, and veggie toppings. Each pizza is fired to a perfect, Roman-style crispiness in less than three minutes in PizzaRev’s 900-degree stone-hearth oven.
