PizzaRev will bring its artisanal, Roman-style pizzas to more homes, schools, business meetings, and special events through the company’s new catering program. The build-your-own, fast-casual pizza franchise appointed catering sales manager Bibiana Deaver to lead the effort on behalf of PizzaRev’s 10 Los Angeles–area corporate stores and to develop a blueprint for its franchise partners’ catering programs.
Deaver is a veteran in the food and beverage industry, previously working with the House of Blues, Wolfgang Puck Catering, Lucky Strike Hollywood, and, most recently, Pinkberry. Her experience includes leading catering efforts for major events such as the Interfaith Conference with Rosa Parks and the Academy Awards Governors Ball.
“Our catering program offers a tremendous opportunity to maximize each restaurant’s throughput and make our pizzas and salads more accessible for large groups to enjoy together,” says Nicholas Eckerman, COO and cofounder of PizzaRev. “We understand the importance of preserving the quality in-store experience, product, and service our customers are used to, and that’s why we hired a dedicated professional to lead our catering program. Bibiana is a great addition to our team.”
PizzaRev’s catering menu features three different pizzas and salad packages, each one designed to serve either a medium group of 8–12 people or large group of 13–18 people. Gluten-free crust and vegan cheese options are available to accommodate varying dietary needs, and desserts and drinks are sold a la carte.

PizzaRev’s growing number of franchise partners will also have the opportunity to launch the catering program in the communities they serve. The company expects to have 65 corporate and franchise locations open in 2015.
