Pollo Tropical Launches Curbside Pickup Service

    Now getting your Pollo Tropical favorites is easier than ever before, as the brand has launched their new Curbside Pick-up service. After ordering online, Pollo fans can now just park at the restaurant and have their order delivered right to their car – even placed in their trunk for a totally contactless experience.

    The Curbside Pick-up option is one of the many new features of Pollo Tropical’s new mobile app. The new app enables users to easily browse the menu and place an order for pick up or delivery, track and redeem MyPollo rewards, save favorite orders and receive exclusive perks and discounts.

    As an initial perk, new app users will receive a Free Regular Tropichop when they download the app and make their first purchase. The Pollo Tropical Mobile App is free and available for all mobile platforms. MyPollo Rewards lets Pollo fans to earn $5 in-app gift certificates for every 75 points in purchases. Every dollar on every order earns a point. Any and all existing MyPollo points and data will automatically upload into the new app from the previous edition.
