Shelton Restaurant Group LLC, an Alexandria,Louisiana-based Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen franchisee, selects Syrus Restaurant Information Services, the provider of restaurant information technology, to provide back-office service and software to 30 Popeyes locations.

With the recent addition of 29 Popeyes units in the Lafayette, Louisiana, and Beaumont, Texas, areas and future growth plans, Shelton Restaurant Group LLC wanted a back-office solution that could integrate with multiple types of POS systems and different food purveyors and give them an accurate and timely picture of their food and labor costs.
