Chicago Bears fans can now get their sweet and savory fix right before the big games this fall thanks to the launch of Pork & Mindy’s namesake Pig Candy at home football games this season. Handcrafted by Executive Chef and Emmy-nominated Food Network Star, Jeff Mauro, the creative BBQ concept redefines game day with Mauro’s savory twist on America’s favorite meat.

Coated in brown sugar and smoked until brittle, this protein-packed (and addictive) bite is all-natural, making it great for everyone on game day—from fans to athletes. Not only can game-goers experience the sweet taste of the original Pig Candy flavor, they can also bring the heat to pre-game eats with the newly launched Sweet Heat flavor—the perfect combination of sweet and spicy.

Pork & Mindy’s Pig Candy takes beef jerky to new heights, featuring candied bacon, smoked to perfection and free of hormones and antibiotics. With brand new brightly colored packaging designed especially for Chicago Bears games, Pig Candy is sure to score a touchdown for fans and players alike.

“Following a successful entry into the sports arena this summer at Wrigley Field, we are thrilled to continue redefining stadium fare with the launch of our signature Pig Candy at Chicago Bears games,” says Jeff Mauro, Executive Chef of Pork & Mindy’s. “As a Bears fan myself, it’s an honor to offer Pork & Mindy’s candied bacon at football games, and we look forward to becoming a fan favorite this season.”

Pork & Mindy’s takes stadium fare up a notch, offering its signature Pig Candy at all 10 Beverly Brewery locations inside Soldier Field throughout the season. Fans can also get their Pig Candy fix at the Miller Lite Fan Zone for the next two games. Dates include:

Monday, October 9 (vs. Minnesota Vikings) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Sunday, October 22 (vs. Carolina Panthers) from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Beyond its exciting Pig Candy debut at Chicago Bears games, Pork & Mindy’s is shaking up fast casual BBQ both locally and nationwide with the opening of five new restaurants by the end of 2018, including locations in downtown Chicago, Naperville, Denver, St. Louis and Omaha. The renowned brand’s famous Pig Candy will also be available online and in retail locations across the country starting in October, the perfect stocking stuffer for bacon lovers and foodies this holiday season.
