The pastrami sandwich, an American delicatessen staple, will be back October 3 at Potbelly Sandwich Shops. The company first introduced the East Coast favorite in shops nationwide last year.

Return of the Mac! Craft-Your-Own Mac & Cheese

October 3 also marks the return of the “Craft-Your-Own Mac & Cheese” option on shop menus nationwide. Made with a three cheese blend of Parmesan, Colby, and cheddar cheeses, customers can customize their Mac & Cheese by selecting any two toppings, including bacon, chili, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and hot peppers for a bold flavor.

Pumpkin Pie Cookie

Fall and pumpkin go hand in hand. Customers can expand their passion for pumpkin with the Potbelly Pumpkin Pie Cookie, which looks like a cookie, but tastes like a pie! The soft cookie, made with traditional pumpkin and spices, is baked in shops daily.
