The new Avo Toast, built for the lunch-loving crowd, is open-face toasted bread layered with premium fresh-sliced avocados, and generously topped with crisp cucumbers, zesty red peppers and onions, and creamy feta melted to perfection.

With lunch covered, Potbelly is also perking up the rest of your day with a new caffeine-fueled Cold Brew Coffee Shake made with hand-dipped ice cream energized with a delicious cold brew kick.

Both LTOs are available for a limited time at participating locations nationwide.
