Procter and Gamble Issues Last Call for Ads

Create Our Ad challenges foodservice professionals to develop print or video advertisements focusing on the back-of-house cleaning and sanitation needs of their industry. PGP will award $1,000 to the winner, and his or her ad will become part of the company’s advertising campaign. Second and third place winners will receive $500 and $250, respectively. Winners also will receive an introductory case of each product in the Dawn® Grease Fighting Arsenal.

Those interested in participating only have until Oct. 16 to submit their entries.

“As we enter the final weeks of the contest, we hope that foodservice professionals are taking advantage of this great opportunity to show off their creative side,” said Janette Theis, assistant brand manager at PGP. “We’re looking forward to seeing the results.”

PGP wants to encourage as many people as possible to submit ideas, and is accepting print and video ads in any format. The company has developed a Web site,, which houses contest details, general guidelines and suggestions to help participants create ads.

Winners will be announced on Oct. 31, with the winning ad appearing in print and online later this year.
