Neil Harfert is the regional director for the new restaurants, each seating approximately 50 guests and employing 17 people. Formerly the director of training of Qdoba's corporate headquarters, Harfert has garnered more than a decade of experience in the foodservice industry.
"Qdoba is experiencing great successes in markets around the nation," says Gary Beisler, president and CEO of the chain. "We are all looking forward to great success in Seattle. I believe we will open as many as 20 restaurants in this market."
