Qdoba Bringing Back Smoked Brisket

Qdoba Mexican Eats heard its fans’ requests and is kicking off the new year by bringing back a popular protein, Smoked Brisket. Available at participating restaurants starting Friday, Qdoba first debuted Smoked Brisket for a limited time this past August, and it quickly became a fan favorite.

“Our guests asked. We listened. We originally intended for Smoked Brisket to be a seasonal option, but when our fans expressed how much they missed it, we knew we just had to bring it back," says Fernando Torres, director of brand communications at Qdoba. “Now Qdoba fans have the option of adding this bold, smoky flavor to their favorite entrées year-round.”

Slow-cooked for hours, Qdoba’s tender Smoked Brisket offers a bold, rave-worthy taste that can be added to any Qdoba entrée, including burritos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, nachos, salads and Loaded Tortilla Soup. And in keeping with Qdoba’s philosophy, fans are encouraged to customize their meals and won’t have to pay extra for extras, like hand-smashed guacamole or Queso.

For guests looking for a little extra heat, Qdoba is introducing Habanero BBQ Brisket. Offering a spicy combination of habanero and corn salsas with a touch of Ancho Chile BBQ, this brisket variety is also available now at all participating Qdoba restaurants.
