    Qdoba Launches Plant-Based Impossible Fajita Bowl and Burrito

    This month, QDOBA is also adding Impossible to its catering menu so guests can create their own Mexican-inspired feast for groups and special events.

    QDOBA Mexican Eats announced the addition of new plant-based Impossible Fajita bowl and burrito to all locations in the U.S. The option for vegans, vegetarians and flexitarians was developed based on great customer input to QDOBA’s nationwide Impossible launch and offers a new twist of bold flavors to its original launch menu.

    The new additions include QDOBA’s unique version of Impossible—seasoned with a blend of tomatoes, garlic, smoked chiles and paprika, all mixed with diced red onions. It’s topped with sautéed red and green bell peppers and red onions lightly seasoned with oregano to create the ultimate flavor. The Impossible Fajitas are paired with corn salsa and a light drizzle of savory tortilla soup.
