Rōti Modern Mediterranean announced a new Chicago restaurant in Hyde Park. Set to open before the end of the year, this location will serve Hyde Park residents and University of Chicago students. The Hyde Park store will reflect the brand’s new look and feel, with a dedicated patio space, a selection of beer and wine, and new menu items.

"We’re so excited to bring Rōti Modern Mediterranean to Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood and the vibrant University of Chicago campus,” says Carl Segal, CEO. “Like all of our new locations moving forward, our Hyde Park restaurant will feature an updated, more modern look and new menu offerings, including beer and wine.”

Rōti offers fast, customizable meals with a high emphasis on serving wholesome cuisine that makes you feel great. The menu is comprised of Mediterranean favorites, with three meal types available: wrap or pita sandwiches, rice plates, and salads. Each are customizable with chicken, steak, salmon, falafel or fresh vegetables, and six sauces to choose from. Roti also offers many gluten-free options, and proudly serves anti-biotic free chicken, organic chickpeas, and sustainably raised salmon that’s filleted fresh at each location daily. The high standards of food Roti has always promised and delivered remain the same, now served in a new, modern atmosphere.

In anticipation of the Hyde Park opening, Rōti is offering weekly lunches for two people for an entire year. The winner has the choice to share their weekly lunch with a friend, family member, or classmate. Guests can enter by tagging social media posts with the hashtag #FoodThatLovesYouBack.
