Raising the 'Culinary Bar'

Grand Traverse Pie Company is unveiling its all new Culinary Creations menu. Today the entire family of the Grand Traverse Pie Company shops will feature a new menu chocked full of fresh, new flavors.

New fresh ingredients including basil, dill, mozzarella, and Cherry Republic’s signature Cherry Chutney and Cherry Mustard are just a few of the flavors guests will enjoy on the new sandwiches and salads. “Our reputation has been built on handcrafting great pies and traditional classic sandwiches. We felt it was time to raise the ‘culinary bar’ by offering guests new and exciting choices with flavors that they have not experienced at the Grand Traverse Pie Company,” says GTPC Founder, Mike Busley.

There are fresh cheeses to compliment many of the new menu items, like Havarti on its Parisian Ham and Havarti, fresh Mozzarella on its Caprese, crumbled Bleu on its Roast Beef and Blue, and Feta on its Veggi. Each Culinary Creation Sandwich is served on GTPC’s freshly backed Herbed Baguette or Focaccia. The Sandwich line-up also includes a Fresh Dill Tuna, Turkey with Cherry Wood Smoked Bacon featuring Cherry Republic’s Cherry Mustard, and a Chicken Pesto with Roasted Red Pepper.

The Culinary Creation menu also features two fresh new vegetarian salads; a Caprese and a Greek. Dressing choices perfect for the Pie Shop (GTPC’s own ‘house’ salad) is headlined by the house-made Berry Cherry Vinaigrette.
