The menu showcases 11 daring sandwiches, most of which boast tasty Wisconsin Cheese as a staple. The Caprese, for example, features fresh spinach, pepperoncinis, red onion, sliced country ham, and pepperoni, with creamy Wisconsin Mozzarella and sliced tomatoes on a Baccia roll.
