Red Mango Yogurt Café & Juice Bar promoted Craig Erlich to vice president of operations. Erlich will be responsible for working with all departments within the organization to effectively implement the organizational programs and goals. He will play a key role in the organization as Red Mango expands beyond frozen yogurt into a café experience with an expanded menu for customers across the chain.

He’s an exceptional individual to shepherd those operations across our rapidly-growing chain.”

Erlich joined Red Mango in 2013, supporting franchisees in the Northeast. He was promoted to national director of operations in November of 2013 and helped implement several program roll outs including Smoothie Factory, Red Mango Café & Juice Bar, Cold Brew, and Snack Rack. Additionally, Erlich has worked with the field support managers to identify potential opportunities to maximize sales growth at each Red Mango location across the system.
Prior to Red Mango, Erlich work with well-known companies like CVS Pharmacy, KB Toys, and JoAnn’s Fabrics, gaining valuable experience and insight into the daily operations of businesses. Erlich also has served as vice president and chairman of the board for Easter Seals New York and was a member of the New York State Board of Directors for Easter Seals.
Erlich’s achievements in sales growth initiatives, growth market shares, operational efficiencies, and customer service are just some of the successes that can be attributed to his more than 25 years of experience in senior leadership in the retail and business industries.
