    RedBrick Pizza Looks to Grow in Nebraska

    RedBrick Pizza, a fast-casual pizza concept, is launching an expansion campaign to add more than a dozen restaurants in Nebraska over the next three years.

    The company will host a VIP Taste & Tour franchise event from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Omaha West on January 13. Franchise prospects will have an opportunity to meet RedBrick Pizza founder Jim Minidis, learn about the award-winning concept, and talk with company executives in person.

    The event will include a visit to the newly opened RedBrick Pizza at Oak View Mall for a private tour of the kitchen and product sampling from across the menu. The Oak View Mall location is a corporate-owned restaurant for the franchisor and is immediately available for sale to franchise prospects with restaurant experience who are interested in opening future outlets.

    RedBrick Pizza’s menu gives customers a wide selection of all-natural, organic, and gluten-free menu options crafted using high-quality ingredients. The pizza dough is made fresh daily with extra virgin olive oil and pizzas are crafted using organic pizza sauce and all-natural cheeses. RedBrick Pizza also features a handcrafted Italian flatbread sandwich or Fhazani and specializes in fresh chopped salads topped with a selection of all-natural dressings, and all-natural Italian gelato for dessert.
