    REGO Restaurant Group Taps Thomas Harper as VP of International Development

    REGO recently launched a new program to actively expand the international footprint of both Quiznos and Taco Del Mar.

    Food industry veteran Thomas Harper has joined REGO Restaurant Group—the fast-casual restaurant platform backed by High Bluff Capital Partners that currently includes Quiznos and Taco Del Mar—as Vice President of International Development.

    The international footprint of REGO’s portfolio includes more than 200 stores throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

    Prior to REGO, Harper served as Director of Operations for the North American and Canadian markets for the Franchise World Headquarters, dba Subway. Previously, he was the owner and operator of a consulting firm, Tandem Ventures, of Honolulu, HI, where he provided consulting services in restaurant operations, marketing, logistics and the development of quick-service brands. Earlier in his career, Harper was a Managing Director at Yum! Restaurants International where he worked with a portfolio of brands including Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, A&W and Long John Silver’s.
