Rita’s Italian Ice, the nation’s largest Italian Ice concept with more than 625 outlets in 20 states, announced tit has partnered with STARBURST on Rita’s newest Ice flavor.
STARBURST Strawberry Ice will be available for a limited time at all open Rita’s Ice outlets through Tuesday, May 21, 2013.
Strawberryis one of the original STARBURST flavors introduced in 1960.
“Our new STARBURST Strawberry Ice tastes just like the celebrated Strawberry STARBURST flavor,” says Jonathan Fornaci, CEO of Rita’s.
In honor of its newest Ice flavor, Rita’s is hosting a STARBURSTStrawberry Ice Sweepstakes. Fans who “like” Rita’s Facebook page can enter to win prizes. One entrant every day will win free Rita’s ice for a year, and for every 1,000 new “likes” on Rita’s Facebook page, it will award a random entrant a $25 Rita’s or iTunes gift card.
After the sweepstakes ends on May 21, one entrant will be randomly selected to win the grand prize: a Rita’s prize pack containing merchandise and an Apple iPad.
