The D-MOMETER® is a wireless device that monitors both time and temperature in accordance with the FDA food code. When the temperature in a refrigeration unit enters the TDZ (temperature danger zone) the D-MOMETER® alerts the operator of potential danger. When used in combination with the TAM-NETWORK™, important data is received and stored from up to 20 D-MOMETER® 232T’s. It also sends alerts to up to eight mobile phones.
