    Robeks Launches New Line of Superfood Bowls

    Superfoods have been taking the nation by storm. These “good for you” ingredients are becoming increasingly well-known for their ability to promote better body function and overall health. Having found success with these types of ingredients in the past, Robeks has announced a line of all new Superfood bowls. The new limited time offer, which is set to debut on September 10, features three unique Superfood Bowls that blend together Superfood ingredients like spirulina, acai, and dragon fruit with Robeks signature fruits and juices.

    “We are very excited to be expanding our lineup of Superfood products,” says Matt Furman, VP of Marketing at Robeks. “We saw a lot of success with our line of Superfood Smoothies and are excited to now bring those types of ingredients to our bowls.”

    The limited time offer is an extension of a pilot program rolled out during the summer in a few locations across the country. “Customers were very responsive to the new bowls” said Furman. “The healthy attributes and great taste give people a perfect reason to try something different”. 

    The recent evolution of menu items and LTO’s introducing on-trend ingredients has attributed to positive same store sales growth for the chain.

    “The exploration, testing, and ultimately introduction of new products that appeal to a wider customer base has been great for the business” adds David Rawnsley, president of Robeks. “With a wider range of new, and trending ingredients that can be added to any order – we’ve seen an increase in check averages throughout the year.”

    Robeks has seen positive same-store sales momentum that began with the overhaul of their menu in June of 2017 and has continued through the third quarter of 2018.

    “It’s nice to see our customers responding to the evolution of our concept, but we know there’s still plenty of room for us to continue to enhance our product offering,” says Rawnsley.

    Customers can enjoy the new products at almost all 85 Robeks locations across the U.S.
