The new table-top Robot Coupe CL51 Vegetable Prep Processor is designed to process from 20–300 meals per service. Practical output for the CL51 is 10 pounds of produce per hour. The CL52 has two hoppers which provide consistent processing of all fruits and vegetables, including fragile and delicate produce. Its kidney-shaped feed lead will hold up to seven tomatoes for processing; use its cylindrical feed tube for uniform cutting of long, thin veggies. The CL51 provides unmatched processing versatility with the 52 stainless steel discs available to slice, ripple cut, grate, julienne, dice, and french fry in various sizes.
