Roll-Em-Up Taquitos, the Southern California-born, street casual concept known for its signature hand-rolled and pan-fried taquitos, has announced the grand opening of its newest restaurant, and second in Nevada, in Henderson, at 1115 Vitality Dr. Roll-Em-Up’s first Henderson restaurant will be open 10am until 10pm, seven days a week.

To celebrate the first Henderson restaurant, on Saturday, November 11, the first 100 people in line who purchase a combo meal will get free Taquitos for a year.

The Henderson Roll-Em-Up Taquitos is owned and operated by local residents Justis and Breanna Fisher, and Trevor and Jennie Workhoven.

Breanna was born and raised in Henderson, and both she and Justis had extensive careers with Cirque Du Soleil prior to opening a Henderson-based clothing boutique. Trevor and Jennie are longtime Vegas residents who have worked with Metro Police and Cirque Du Soleil.

Using a treasured family recipe, each of Roll-Em-Up’s taquito starts with a fresh corn or flour tortilla, hand-rolled and filled with citrus-marinated chicken, braised shredded beef, potatoes with green chilis, and freshly-grated monterey jack cheese. The taquitos are then fried in a giant proprietary cast iron pan until crispy and golden brown, then topped with any one of Roll-Em-Up’s house made sauces.

Each Roll-Em-Up also offers house made Guacamole, Queso and other craveable side dishes, such as Street Corn and the guest favorite Churro Donut.

“We’re thrilled to be opening the first Roll-Em-Up Taquitos in Henderson, and just the second in the state of Nevada,” says Justis co-owner of the new Henderson restaurant. “Once we tried the food, we knew this was a concept we wanted to be involved with. We’re looking forward to having people out to get a taste of the best taquitos they’ve ever had.”
