Roll N Go, a restaurant chain offering hot dogs, $1 pizza, and other fast food items, has leased its third location at 386 Canal St., on the corner of West Broadway in Manhattan. Winick Realty Group LLC’s Richard Smith, director, and Tatiana Jung represented both Roll N Go and landlord Transworld Equities in the long-term lease transaction.

“There is a lot of foot traffic on Canal Street, including tourists, residents, and office workers,” say Smith and Jung. “Because the quality of their food is so high, Roll N Go is able to draw a tremendous amount of customers in the area.”

The space of 300 square feet is not only used for take-out business, but also features counter seating that takes full advantage of 20 feet of frontage on Canal Street. As Smith and Jung explain, “you can watch all the people go by as you eat.”
