Roti Mediterranean Grill will open its sixth location Monday, Oct. 25, at 33 North Dearborn Street. The restaurant will be Roti’s third in downtown Chicago.

Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Bill Post says, “We are excited to be adding our sixth Roti location to our existing Chicago and Washington D.C. line-up. The new location will be located at 33 North Dearborn in the central Loop. Our combination of fresh, healthy food, affordable prices, and fast service seems to have struck a chord with customers. They wait in line to get their daily Roti fix.”

Roti Mediterranean Grill serves casual, tasty, and healthful food inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, which is known for its abundant use of olive oil, vegetables, and legumes. Emphasizing robust flavors, Roti serves freshly-cut, fire-roasted meats, and traditional side dishes such as falafel, hummus, and Baba Ghanoush. The menu, created by executive chef Barry Brooks, features a variety of salads, sandwiches, and Mediterranean plates that are high in protein but low-fat. Patrons can calculate the nutritional value of their customized orders on the Roti website.

Post says, “The Mediterranean diet is widely recognized as the healthiest diet in the world. Studies acknowledge extraordinary health and lifestyle benefits that can be gained by following a daily diet high in whole grains, fresh vegetables, nuts, legumes, and olive oil, all of which can prominently be found on the Roti menu.”

Roti offers dine-in and delivery services as well as an extensive catering menu. Given “4 forks” by The Chicago Tribune, Roti remains on the leading edge of one of the biggest trends in food today and continues to seek additional locations in the Chicago and Washington D.C. markets.

Roti is certified Green by The Green Restaurant Association, a national association that has certified nearly 1,000 restaurants as environmentally responsible.
