Rōti, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, announced the reopening of its popular Northbrook, Illinois, location at the intersection of Skokie Blvd. and Dundee Road. Completely reimagining the fast-casual restaurant experience to meet the future, Rōti Northbrook reemerges as the flagship location for the Chicago-based company with a brand-new design, enhanced technology, and elevated menu featuring craveable chef-inspired bowls, salads, and pitas.
Focused on flavor, Rōti’s new healthful offerings embrace boldness with more than a dozen chef-curated combinations carefully crafted to capture the adventurous zest of the Mediterranean in every bite. Authentic and approachable, Rōti’s new menu is packed with personality and cleverly named entrées including, I Dream of Tahini, which is our signature chicken Rōti with watermelon radishes, marinated cabbage, microgreens and honey-tahini vinaigrette on a bed of silky hummus; Caulifornia Sunset, a delicious chili tahini cauliflower on mixed greens with tomato and cucumber, marinated cabbage, dill cucumbers, pickled onions, and red pepper sauce with feta crumbles and pita chips; and Lil’ Lamb, our soon-to-be-famous lamb shawarma nestled in our classic hummus with dill cucumbers, watermelon radishes, pickled onions, and tahini dressing and a side of toasty warm pita bread; and many more new and reimagined favorites with wholesome, soul-satisfying ingredients.
Recognized as perhaps the world’s healthiest regional cuisine, the Mediterranean-focused menu at Rōti blends only the freshest ingredients with sustainably sourced proteins to deliver nutritional meals that cater to nearly every food preference with the ability to welcome just about anyone with gluten-free, naturally organic, vegetarian and vegan offerings. In addition to the new menu, Rōti has partnered with Tractor Beverage Company to provide an array of Certified Organic, Non-GMO juices made from only real, clean ingredients.

To match a bold menu with an equally exciting customer experience Rōti reimagined the 54-seat restaurant by incorporating new food displays, clean lines, crisp refined woods, and a beautiful new color palette of blues, grays, and reds. Mouth-watering food photography lines the walls as guests approach the familiar front line beginning with bases, followed by hot main courses, sides and toppings and ending with an amazing “finishing station” where all of the delicious ingredients are combined before serving.
On top of the aesthetics, Rōti has implemented state-of-the-art technology to enhance the overall customer experience, including curbside and in-store pick-up through its robust mobile ordering system.
Rōti Northbrook is located at 798 Skokie Blvd. at the intersection of Dundee Road. The hours of operation are Monday – Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Rōti operates under all local public health regulations and the current COVID-19 guidelines as recommended by the CDC with all guests and employees required to wear face coverings and maintain social distancing.
Additional safety measures include regular sanitation of high-contact surfaces, expanded employee training and the implementation of contact-free pick-up and delivery.
