RTI announced the launch of a new service that allows restaurant employees online access to weekly schedules, pay stubs, and W-2s. The new website, MyJobToGo.com, provides electronic distribution of important employee information to improve communication and efficiency for both employees and managers. MyJobToGo interfaces with RTIconnect, RTI’s comprehensive back-office system, along with RTI’s financial applications, and includes mobile versions for both smartphones and tablets.

After creating an online account on MyJobToGo.com, employees receive access to their work schedules and pay stubs—anytime and from anywhere with Internet access. This gives employees immediate access and removes the unnecessary step of asking store managers and office personnel.

“With convenient online access, employees have their weekly schedules at their fingertips, without having to drop by the restaurant or call and interrupt the manager,” says Greg Waddell, senior vice president of sales and marketing for RTI. “As a result, the likelihood of miscommunication or confusion about work times is significantly reduced.”

Online pay stubs allows companies to overcome the logistical and financial burden of printing and distributing paper pay stubs and W-2s to the employees. This includes the administrative task of replacing lost or misplaced pay stubs and W-2s for employees. MyJobToGo supports both pay cards and direct deposit and employees have access to both current and past pay stubs.

“We are truly excited to introduce MyJobToGo to our clients,” Waddell says. “We firmly believe that this service will improve daily operations for both restaurant employees and managers. The financial ROI for online schedules and pay stubs is immediate, but, just as important, this service gives managers and office personnel more time to focus on running a successful business.”
