Rubio's Introduces $29 Family Enchilada Meal in Time for Cinco de Mayo

Rubio’s heat and serve Family Enchilada Meal launches just in time to celebrate Cinco de Mayo at home. The $29 family meal, available now, includes ten enchiladas with choice of all-natural chicken, USDA choice steak, grilled shrimp, cheese, or Norway Lobster smothered with Rubio’s verde enchilada sauce and topped with Rubio’s signature white sauce and salsa fresca. The meal includes sides of rice (choice of citrus rice or Mexican rice), and beans (choice of “no fried” pinto beans or black beans) and a bag of chips with salsa and guacamole. The Family Enchilada Meal is the newest addition to Rubio’s family meals which also include a Family Taco Kit and Family Burrito Box.

With families sheltering in place, Rubio’s offers additional entertainment for a fun, festive, virtual Cinco de Mayo with friends and family, including:
