Saladworks, the nation’s first and largest fresh-tossed salad franchise concept, is opening its sixth Delaware location in the Middletown Crossing Shopping Center at 492 East Main Street, Middletown, Delaware.

Saladworks celebrates the opening of its Middletown Delaware location by offering $5 salads to all customers on February 18 and 19.

The Middletown Saladworks is owned By Steve and Sandy Webb; this location will be operated by Sandy, who spent 25 years in the food industry and more than 10 years as a food scientist for national food brands before deciding it was the right time to go into business. In addition to their knowledge of the food industry, Steve and Sandy Webb have a zest for community outreach.

“Now that we’ve been working with our home town of Middletown, and the word of a new Saladworks has been spreading, I'm even more excited about the chance to make a difference in our community,” Sandy Webb says. “We're planning on being true business partners in our community by working with the schools and colleges to create training opportunities for students, as well as being involved with the town officials.”

“We are elated to open our sixth Delaware location, it’s a great market for us,” says chairman and CEO John Scardapane. ‘The people of Delaware have grown into fanatical fans of our brand and Saladworks is, more than ever, prepared to deliver the ultimate in health-conscious dining.”
