Salata Salad Kitchen will celebrate Nurse Appreciation Week, Teacher Appreciation Week and National Salad Month—all in May—with special offers and a new salad recipe inspiration.

On Wednesday, May 8, Salata will extend a buy-one-get-one offer to all nurses who show their professional identification badges at Salata as a way to thank them for the tireless work they do to serve and heal others.

On Friday, May 10, Salata will extend a buy-one-get-one offer to all teachers who show their professional identification badges at Salata as a way to thank them for their invaluable roles in growing and fueling the minds of children.

During the month of May, Salata will offer a free tray of cookies for schools and hospitals that place catering orders over $200.

Additionally, throughout the month of May, Salata will celebrate its guests by offering a new recipe inspiration designed to energize and satiate—the Power Salad. The Power Salad is comprised of kale, spinach, strawberries, quinoa, avocado, feta cheese, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and their house-made lemon vinaigrette dressing.

Salata offers guests fully customizable, tossed-to-order salads and wraps, soups, organic teas and lemonades. All fresh fruits, vegetables and lean proteins are chopped daily in-house. With five salad bases, more than 50 toppings, and 10 house-made, gluten-free dressings, guests can create meals without restrictions to meet their own definitions of healthy.
