Health experts agree that eating a lighter dinner filled with lean proteins, veggies, and fruits helps manage weight, sleep patterns, and energy levels. Salata wants to encourage good habits by bringing back its popular Eat Light at Night promotion, a money-saving offers redeemable after 4 p.m. from September 8 through October 20 at all participating Salata locations in Texas, California, and Illinois.

Starting September 8, Salata’s mobile club members will receive a one-week coupon every other week for free items, complimentary protein upgrades, and add-ons. Guests can sign up by simply texting “Salata” to 777111. New members will also receive a buy one, get one free salad or salad wrap offer immediately.

“We serve up fresh, healthy meals to our valued guests on a daily basis,” says Salata cofounder Berge Simonian. “During last year’s Eat Light at Night promotion, many of our fans thanked us for the reminder and incentive to eat a lighter, veggie-and-protein based dinner. We are proud that our customers consider Salata an ally in leading a healthier lifestyle.”
